• An additional $2 holiday delivery fee will apply to all deliveries and gifts on Feb 12th- 14th. (This is in addition to the standard gift fee and delivery fee based on zip.)
  No additional fee for pick up.
• No Changes or Cancellations may be made to orders on Feb. 12th, 13th or 14th. All changes and cancellations must be made by Feb. 11th.
• You will be able to select a certain time frame for delivery, but no specific times will be allowed. (Ex: Deliver at 1:15pm) Specific times will be allowed for pick up orders.
  Available Time Frames Are:
  Sun Feb 12th:
  10am-12pm; 12-4pm; 4-6pm*; 6-9pm*; 9-10pm**; 10-11:45pm**
  Mon-Tues Feb 13th - 14th:
  7-8am*; 8-9am*; 9am-12pm; 12-4pm; 4-5pm; 5-6pm*; 6-9pm*; 9-10pm**;
  10-11:45pm**
  *"Out of Zone" orders made by courier may only select time ranges from 9am-5pm.
  **The North Austin & Westlake locations close at 9pm. Their last delivery slot is 6-9pm.
• Make sure to order early. We will fill up in advance.
• If your gift is going to a residence, we will call the recipient during the time slot you have chosen to verfiy that they will be home for delivery.
• If icy conditions occur and prevent us from delivering, your order will be delivered the next day but cannot be cancelled after Feb 11th.
