We deliver from I-30 to Oak Lawn between I-35 & North Haskell.

• Pick up orders are welcome at 1001 Ross.
• Please make note of the delivery policy -- for the safety of our drivers.
• Now delivering to SMU several times per day for a $3 delivery charge! See Details.

• The zip codes in our regular delivery zone are: 75201 & 75202. Our regular delivery zone includes portions of the following zips: 75204 (S/W of N Haskell only), 75219 (S of Oak Lawn), 75226 (W of N Haskell & N of I 30), & 75246 (S/W of N Haskell)
• Deliveries outside our delivery area are considered out of zone. These deliveries will be made by a courier service.
• Only delivered Monday through Friday from 11:00am to 5:00pm.
• There is a fee based on zip code (starting at $10 and up) for out of zone deliveries, no matter the size of the order. Prices are set by the courier and cannot be adjusted by Tiff's Treats.
• Require AT LEAST a 1 hour window of time to make the delivery.
• Cannot be made in one hour. They take 1.5 hours to deliver at minimum.
• Covers portions of Dallas only. Please see list of zip codes for available delivery areas.
• Due to the size of Dallas vicinity, we are unable to deliver to all Dallas areas.
• Delivered by the staff of the courier service and not by Tiff's Treats.
