Delivery Driver

Description

• • At Tiff’s Treats our delivery drivers are amazing.  Their primary job activity is to deliver warm cookies with a great attitude to customers within our delivery zone (see map http://www.cookiedelivery.com/dallas/area.asp).

• Starting Pay $7.00/hr. + Tips (an average of $8-$12 per hour)
• Full or Part-time positions available
• Other responsibilities include: Baking and packaging cookies, folding boxes, helping In-store customers, cleaning, various other manager assigned tasks
• Store hours: M-Th 9am-6pm, Fri 9am-10pm, Sat 12pm-10pm, Sun 12pm-10pm. Night shift usually ends anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour after closing time.
• Drivers are responsible for their own gas and car maintenance. Tiff's Treats compensates at least 1/2 the zip delivery fee per order.
• A GREAT attitude is a MUST. Excellent customer service is our priority as well as a fun and productive work environment
• Confidentiality and non-compete agreement must be signed
• Clean Driving Record required

Dough Maker

Description

• • At Tiff’s Treats our Dough-makers are the people who keep us in business.  Their primary job activity is to make cookie dough from scratch in large quantities.

• Starting Pay $9.00/hr.
• Full or Part-time positions available
• Other responsibilities include: Cutting dough-balls with dough dividing machine, making brownies from scratch, odd kitchen jobs (dishing sauces/ice cream), cleaning duties, various manager assigned tasks
• Store hours: M-Th 9am-9pm, Fri 9am-10pm, Sat 12pm-10pm, Sun 12pm-9pm. Night shift usually ends anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour after closing time.
• Requirements: Must be able to lift a 50 lb bag of sugar/flour at least once per day. Must be able to remain on your feet for an 8 hour shift. Must be able to focus (1 wrong ingredient will ruin an entire batch)

Phone Answerer

Description

• • At Tiff’s Treats the phone answerers are typically the first point of contact with a customer.  Their primary job activity is to field phone calls and take customer orders using our custom order system.

• Starting Pay $9.00/hr.
• Full or Part-time positions available
• Other responsibilities include: inputting online orders, helping in-store customers, light kitchen help when necessary, cleaning duties, various other manager assigned tasks
• Store hours: M-Th 9am-9pm, Fri 9am-10pm, Sat 12pm-10pm, Sun 12pm-9pm. Night shift usually ends anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour after closing time.
• Training: A great deal of training is necessary for this position. The phone answerer must become extremely familiar with all aspects of the order process. This is accomplished by a two week training period spent mostly in the kitchen providing assistance and becoming familiar with company procedures.

Kitchen Aid

Description

• • At Tiff’s Treats our kitchen help keeps us going strong.  Their primary job activity is to perform all kitchen operations in the Tiff’s Treats process from baking the cookies to packaging them in an extremely fast-paced environment.

• Starting Pay $9.00/hr.
• Full or Part-time positions available
• Other responsibilities include: Folding boxes, helping in-store customers, cleaning duties, various other manager assigned tasks
• Store hours: M-Th 9am-9pm, Fri 9am-10pm, Sat 12pm-10pm, Sun 12pm-9pm. Night shift usually ends anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour after closing time.
