Our Store Manager and District Manager roles have a 100% internal promotion rate, meaning the managers operating all of our retail locations and multi-state districts started out in roles in the kitchen or as delivery drivers. Additionally, many key members of our corporate team began their Tiff's careers making and delivering warm moments in our stores. With new stores on the horizon, we're always looking for strong members to add to our operations.

Team Member Spotlight:

Melanie K,  DFW North District Manager

Melanie started as a delivery driver in 2011 in Dallas and has always excelled in her position. She quickly became an On Duty Manager, showing great leadership, and has been one of the best in regards to expectations and accountability. In February of 2015, she took the leap to Store Manager of the Downtown Dallas location and it was quite a leap as she took over one of the busiest stores in the company. After excellent work in that role, she moved to District Manager of North Dallas in December of 2016, running four stores. It has been so fun to watch Melanie grow into a wonderful leader and exciting to see where she will take DFW North.
