Our Store Manager and District Manager roles have a 100% internal promotion rate, meaning the managers operating all of our retail locations and multi-state districts started out in roles in the kitchen or as delivery drivers. Additionally, many key members of our corporate team began their Tiff's careers making and delivering warm moments in our stores. With new stores on the horizon, we're always looking for strong members to add to our operations.

Team Member Spotlight:

Claudia, Dough Production Specialist/On Duty Manager

Claudia was first hired in 2012 as a Production Specialist. In 2017, she left the company for a short time. During that time, she was a great help and would come in to assist with special projects. Claudia returned to the company full time in 2020, again as a Production Specialist. In March 2021, she was promoted to On-Duty Manager. Claudia comes in everyday with a smile and positive can-do attitude. We are lucky to have her as part of the team.
