Our Store Manager and District Manager roles have a 100% internal promotion rate, meaning the managers operating all of our retail locations and multi-state districts started out in roles in the kitchen or as delivery drivers. Additionally, many key members of our corporate team began their Tiff's careers making and delivering warm moments in our stores. Team Member Spotlight:

Roger G, New Store Operations Specialist

Roger started as a Delivery Driver in 2018 and, after a short 5 months, moved into an On-Duty Manager role. He quickly moved into an Assistant Store Manager role a few months later, and then he was tapped to become a Store Manager. Roger always raises his hand for more, whether it is working at New Store Grand Openings or taking on new projects, not to mention he won our Legends Operator of the Year Award in 2020. Now, Roger has taken on a new position as a New Store Operations Specialist, and he will play a critical role in helping ensure success as we continue to grow. Roger is a real star, and we could not be happier that he is on our team.
