Our Store Manager and District Manager roles have a 100% internal promotion rate, meaning the managers operating all of our retail locations and multi-state districts started out in roles in the kitchen or as delivery drivers. Additionally, many key members of our corporate team began their Tiff's careers making and delivering warm moments in our stores. With new stores on the horizon, we're always looking for strong members to add to our operations.

Team Member Spotlight:

Jose L, Houston Assistant District Manager

Jose was hired in November of 2017 as a delivery driver. In January of 2018, he was promoted to On Duty Manager because of his charisma. When he talks, people listen. In July of 2018, he was promoted to Assistant Store Manager and in 6 months, he was quickly promoted to Store Manager of The Heights location. He then took on the role of Assistant District Manager and we’ve been able to utilize his past District Manager experience from his previous work history to help our fast-growing Houston market. Jose is both passionate and compassionate. We are lucky to have Jose on the team!
