Our Store Manager and District Manager roles have a 100% internal promotion rate, meaning the managers operating all of our retail locations and multi-state districts started out in roles in the kitchen or as delivery drivers. Additionally, many key members of our corporate team began their Tiff's careers making and delivering warm moments in our stores. With new stores on the horizon, we're always looking for strong members to add to our operations.

Team Member Spotlight:

Stephanie R, District Manager/Labor and Scheduling Manager

Stephanie joined Tiff's Treats in 2009 as a kitchen help in our flagship Austin store. Her "get it done and still have fun" attitude has kept her on track for many promotions. In 2014, she moved to San Antonio to open our first store there and develop the market into the five stores we have today. In 2019, Stephanie took on the additional role of Labor and Scheduling Manager for the entire company. She is a true example of the growth available within Tiff's Treats and we are grateful to have her on our team.
