Cookies for Community FAQ

Throughout the two-week campaign, invite your supporters to participate by entering your organization’s unique giveback code* when placing orders on cookiedelivery.com or via the Tiff’s Treats mobile app. Your organization will receive 20% of the sales from orders using your organization’s unique giveback code. The give-back amount is subject to minimum program sales requirement.

To host a campaign, please complete and submit a request form through our Cookies for Community page. Allow up to 10 business days for a response. After that, we will ask for additional information from your organization to proceed with the campaign planning process. You will receive a Cookies for Community Give Back Agreement to review and complete, followed by a campaign overview before the campaign launch. *Please note that we require a three-week advance submission to secure participation in a Cookies for Community campaign.

While we provide a graphic set along with step-by-step instructions on how to participate, you are welcome to create and promote your own promotional materials and strategy as well, subject to the limitations set forth in the Cookies for Community Giveback Agreement.

  1. Place an online order at cookiedelivery.com or on the Tiff’s Treats mobile app. 

  2. At checkout, enter the organization’s giveback code into the box marked, “Add Coupon Code” in the order summary section. 

  3. You will see $0.01 deducted from your total which means the organization’s giveback code has been applied to the order. 

The organization’s unique giveback code helps track orders made by supporters and monitors the giveback amount.

Yes! The organization’s giveback code is valid at all store locations when ordering online through the website cookiedelivery.com or the Tiff's Treats mobile app. (See a full list of Tiff’s Treats Store Locations, here)

No, a giveback code cannot be paired with a discount code. Only one code at a time can be applied per order.

No, the giveback code is not valid when using a gift card to make a purchase.

No, the organization’s giveback code will activate on the campaign's designated start date and will only remain active during the duration of the scheduled two-week campaign period.

If this happens, please contact us at customerservice@cookiedelivery.com as soon as possible, but before the campaign end date, to apply the organization’s giveback code to the order. You will need to confirm and verify the payment adjustment, as it will be reflected on your bank statement.

No, all orders must be placed and fully completed (including payment) within the designated two-week campaign period.

Date adjustments can be considered up to one week before the campaign start date. Once the campaign has started, no further adjustments can be made or considered.

Yes! We will provide campaign results following completion of the campaign and will reach out to you once they become available.

Yes, we accept donation requests. Please visit the Community Engagement page and submit the requested information. If we are able to fulfill your request, we will respond to you with our offer. Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we kindly ask that you refrain from visiting or calling the individual stores to inquire about donations.

By participating in a campaign, your organization will automatically be entered in the Tiff’s Treats Cookies for Community Contest.  Each month, the organizations promoting a campaign that produced the highest amount in sales for that month will be entered to win a Prize of $1,000. At the end of the year, the organization that promoted the campaign producing the highest amount in sales of the year will win an additional Grand Prize of $10,000 from Tiff’s Treats! *Subject to official rules.

Due to the high volume of submissions, please do not contact individual stores with questions or follow-ups, as a separate team manages all Cookies for Community communications.
