Ingredients:
Salted Butter (Soft, Room temp): 1 cup
Light Brown Sugar: 1 cup
White Sugar Extra Fine Granulated: 1/2 cup
Large Eggs: 2
Pure Vanilla Extract/Flavor: 1 tsp
Cream Soda Flavor/Extract: 1.5 teaspoons
Salt: 1.5 tsp
Baking Soda: 0.5 tsp
All-purpose bleached Flour: 2 1/2 cups
Butterscotch Chips: 1 Cup
White Chocolate Chips: 1 Cup
Makes 3 dozen cookies
Bake at 375°F for 9-11 minutes
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F
2. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, sugars, and mix together using a hand or standing mixer on medium speed until the mixture is smoot.
3. Add eggs, vanilla, cream soda extract, salt, and baking soda to the butter mixture. Mix until smooth.
4. Add flour. Mix on low speed until the flour is no longer loose, and medium speed only until flour is blended.
5. Add Butterscotch chips and White chocolate chips, and mix on low to medium speed until evenly distributed in the dough.
6. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
7. Scoop cookie dough using a medium-sized cookie scooper, slightly rounded, and place at least 2 inches apart onto the cookie sheet (approx. 1.75 tablespoons of dough for each cookie).
8. Bake at 375F for 9-11 minutes, taking out when tops are still white but edges are brown
9. Slide parchment paper with cookies off the baking sheet directly onto the counter for cooling (If not using parchment paper, let cookies sit).
