Ingredients:

Salted Butter (Softened to room temp): 1 cup

Creamy Peanut Butter (Melted in microwave for 30 secs): 1 cup

White Sugar: 1 1/3rd cup

Large Eggs: 2

Pure Vanilla: 1 tsp

Molasses: 1 tbsp

Vegetable Food Grade Glycerin: 1 tsp (*optional for added moisture)

2% Milk: 1 tsp

Salt: 1½ tsp

Baking Soda: ½ tsp

All-purpose bleached Flour: 1½ cups

Pea Protein: ½ cup + 1/3rd cup (1.8 cups)

Whey Protein Concentrate: 4 tbsp

Semi-Sweet Chocolate chips: 3/4 cup

Peanut Pieces slightly crushed: 1 cup
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, Peanut Butter, and sugar together using a hand mixer/kitchen aid on medium speed until the mixture is smooth.

Add eggs, vanilla, molasses, milk, and glycerin to the butter mixture.

Mix on medium speed only until ingredients are blended and smooth.

Add flour, protein powders, salt, and baking soda.

Mix on low speed until flour is no longer loose, and medium speed only until flour is blended fully.

Add peanut pieces and semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Scoop cookie dough using a medium-sized cookie scooper, slightly rounded, flatten dough puck with your hand, and place at least 2 inches apart onto the cookie sheet (approx. 1.5 tablespoons of dough for each cookie).

Bake at 375°F for 9-11 minutes, taking out when tops are still light, but edges are brown.

Slide parchment paper with cookies off the baking sheet directly onto the counter for cooling. (If not using parchment paper, let cookies sit for one minute and then remove to cool on the counter or wire rack).
