If you believe that you placed an order that should have earned Tiff's Rewards points, you may submit the below form to request credit. Points do not become available for use until 7 days after order fulfillment, so before requesting credit, check to make sure that your profile does not show pending points. Note that the following caveats apply. See the Tiff's Rewards FAQs for details.

Requests must include a valid order number associated with an eligible order.
Any orders placed prior to signing up for the Tiff's Rewards program are not eligible to earn rewards points.
Only qualifying items will earn Tiff's Rewards points.
Orders placed on third party platforms are not eligible to earn Tiff's Rewards points.
Excessive requests for points credit may result in denial.
